Refund Policy
- Refunds are only possible if the product is out of stock or if there is an error on our part.
- Refund processing may take 7-10 business days.
- Customized and sale items are non-refundable.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- Jewelry, perfumes, and makeup are hygienic products, so returns or exchanges are not possible.
- Bags can also not exchanged.
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
